On May 15–16, 2025, Interior Construction Services (ICS) held its annual Team Building Program, a two-day event designed to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships, and reinforce the company’s core values.The program featured a series of activities that combined strategic challenges, team-based competitions, and outdoor exercises. These were not only aimed at enhancing teamwork but also at encouraging communication, trust, and problem-solving among employees.

 

Beyond the games and challenges, the event provided an opportunity for the ICS family to connect on a deeper level outside the workplace. The shared experiences highlighted the importance of unity and camaraderie in achieving both personal growth and organizational success.
